BOOKING FEE
A booking fee of £50 is required for all treatments (per treatment), which is fully redeemable against your treatment. All booking fees are strictly non-refundable. Under no circumstances will booking fees be refunded, this includes if services need to cease due to pandemics.
PAYMENT
Your booking fee will be deducted from your total treatment price. The remaining balance will be taken on the day of your appointment. Payment will be requested and made before any procedures go ahead.
MEDICAL HISTORY
At your consultation, either by appointment, via consent form completed prior to your appointment or during your appointment prior to the procedure, we will go through your medical history. We ask that you are truthful as some treatments may not be carried out due to possible or potential contraindications. If you are on medication and uncertain if it would be affected by having aesthetic treatments, please discuss with my prior to your appointment or consult with your GP. Your wellbeing is the upmost import factor to us.
OVER 18’s ONLY
We run a strict over 18 years old policy. You must bring photo ID with you on the day of your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment and are underage or cannot prove identity, treatment will be refused and you will loose your booking fee, this will not be transferred.
CLINIC RULES
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow 15 minutes grace period, if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled, this could be for the same day if possible. Any later you will loose your appointment slot and booking fee. Please arrive alone, children will not be permitted into the premises.
DERMAL FILLER
We do not under any circumstances save or share dermal filler. Any dermal filler not used during your treatment due to desired outcome or suitability will not be saved or stored and will be disposed of. Prices indicated are for treatment carried out.
